Well, today was a bad one.  I weighed in at 193.5lbs.

Breakfast:  Pancakes
Lunch: Ham and Cheese Sandwich and Potato Chips with French Onion dip
Dinner:  Chicken Pot Pie and Mashed Potatoes

For a snack, I am currently deciding between jello and more chips.  I am not having a great night, so the chips are calling my name!  I also need some motivation to lose weight, and I saw this picture tonight:

I was skinny then!  Mostly, this has just depressed me.
