I forgot to blog yesterday:

Weighed in at 192.5lbs
Breakfast:  Frosted Shredded Wheat
Lunch:  Tuna Salad, Vanilla Yogurt, Avacado
Dinner:  Pork Roast, Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli

I walked 2 HOURS with Micah, running errands.  Thinking it might be bad for my health for us to get our second car back! Hopefully I will keep up the walking when we have a car!

Today was a good day!

Weighed in at 191.5 lbs.  I always weigh in the morning, just before my shower.  Tonight, I weighed myself after dinner...189.5!!! I always weigh more at night...and  I weighed less tonight.  I am excited to see what the scale says in the morning! More motivation to keep up the walking!

Breakfast:  Frosted Shredded Wheat
Lunch: Handful of pretzels, clementine, Peanut Butter Sandwich
Dinner:  Parmesan ChickenRoasted Broccoli, and Buttered Pasta
