Welcome to my newest attempt at blogging!  Most of my posts are going to be journal-like, helping to keep me accountable to some serious weight loss!  This baby weight has got to go!  This was a successful tool the last time I attempted to take of some pounds, so why not?  I will attempt to add recipes for delicious, healthy meals that I find.  I will also keep track of my weight loss, calorie intake, and exercise.  


Today I weighed in at 193.  Yikes!  I must say, I have lost 40 lbs since Micah was born.  I have 20 lbs to lose before I am at my pre-pregnancy weight, and another 23 to lose before I am where I want to be!  My goal is to be down to 150 lbs before Micah's first birthday! HERE GOES NOTHING!
